** A PODCAST FOR FILM LOVERS AND PEOPLE WHO ENJOY A GOOD MOVIE **
This is Sorry! You're In My Seat, a weekly podcast which unites three best friends on the ultimate quest to find the greatest movies of all time ... simple. This week our heroes swap films that they think each other will like (well, that's what Aaron and James do).
OK, so we've all been there. Your minding your own business when someone goes, "Hey, you like films! have you seen ..." etc. Or maybe your talking about films and someones goes "Mate, I can't believe you haven't seen {Enter film name} it's brilliant - You'll love it".
This week our heroes take this particular dilemma head on in a good old fashioned film swap. In their most eclectic episode yet, Aaron recommends Moonrise Kingdom and Grand Budapest Hotel, James puts forward Enchanted and Lion, and for some unknown reason Sam recommends The House That Jack Built and Before I Wake.
That's right, in this episode our heroes look at The House that Jack Built and Enchanted in the same show. Utter idiots.
Its a full on film fest brought to you by three guys that really should start looking for a new hobby.
All this and much, much more - so if you like this show tell your friends and leave us a lovely review :)
thank you.

#80 The DCEU: 'Man of Steel' to 'Birds of Prey'

** A PODCAST FOR FILM LOVERS **
Hello and welcome to Sorry! You're In My Seat - A weekly podcast that unites three best friends on a quest to find the greatest movies of all time.
In this weeks mammoth three and a half hour special Aaron, Sam, and James take a look at the DCEU including new release BIRDS OF PREY (AND THE FANTABULOUS EMANCIPATION OF ONE HARLEY QUINN).
From Man Of Steel to Birds Of Prey via dodgy screenplays, upset fans, and embarrassing upper lips - our heroes look at eight movies from the DCEU; a series of films that have fans and critics divided.
Since launching onto the big screen in the early 1950's, DC Comics have become a household name and an icon in pop culture. Historically, Batman and Superman have dominated the screen, but in recent years Wonder Women, Shazam! and AquaMan have stolen the spotlight (not you, 2004 Catwomen).
Grossing over $5 billion internationally the DCEU is a hugely popular franchise that doesn't show any signs of slowing down as a new Suicide Squad, Shazam! and Black Adam movie are all currently in development. Despite this the franchise is heavily flawed - lead actors being replaced, scripts rewritten and in the case of The Flash - production hell! and don't get me started on 'Martha'.
Our podcast heroes take a look at the highs and lows of the franchise and ask the question 'Is The DCEU in trouble? and if so, 'How Do you Save It?'

#79 Our Heroes Take on The Academy

Monday Feb 17, 2020
A PODCAST FOR FILM LOVERS
Each week our three heroes get together at a secret location (definitely not Sam's house) to discuss movies. Their mission: To find the greatest films of all time.
To start this week's show Aaron, James and Sam review the Oscars. An award ceremony they each dislike, but can't help talking about.
Aaron pronounces a whole list of names wrong, Sam goes to his happy place, and James goes off the rails in a 'grade A' hissy fit (and that's just the first 20 minutes).
After this our heroes take a trip down memory lane and look back at the last ten years of Best Picture wins. From the The Kings Speech to The Shape of Water, Moonlight to Spotlight - ten best pictures and the competition they fought off.
There's also a top ten and a silly intro, so what's not to love?
So stop what your doing, download this episode, and join 'Sorry! You're In My Seat' - a weekly slice of film entertainment

#78 Warning: May contain traces of Adam Sandler

** A PODCAST FOR FILM LOVERS **
Hello and welcome to Sorry! You're In My Seat - A weekly podcast dedicated to finding the greatest movies of all time, which is ironic, as this week our heroes discuss Adam Sandler.
Disliked by critics and snubbed by the Oscars, Adam Sandler is turning heads with his latest performance in the Safdie Brothers drama, Uncut Gems. Our heroes investigate this phenomena and take a look at the anxiety inducing movie that has already earned Sandler a Spirit Award.
Weirdly our heroes don't stop there, with the Superbowl last week the team go above and beyond and take a look at 3 Adam Sandler Sports Movies .... Yep. I'm not joking. I really wish I was but they've done it now.
In a competition no one wants to win, Aaron fights* for Happy Gilmore, Sam fights* for Waterboy and James fights* for the Longest Yard. Honestly, its a cut throat** competition to win. All three hosts do their best*** to take home the prize.
Whats more: Aaron has an agenda (literally), James brings a belated top ten and Sam .... Sam was there.
If you like this show, feel free to share with your friends and leave a nice review.
*Fight is a very loose word. ** Cut throat is not accurate. *** No one does 'their best'.

They soon discover that this task will be harder than they thought, as they don't know which members of the team have already been assimilated and their paranoia threatens to tear them apart.

Also this week, Aaron discovers 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower', Sam 'Hails Satan' and James still hasn't finished Lost.

** A PODCAST FOR FILM LOVERS **
Hello and welcome to Sorry! You're In My Seat - a weekly podcast which unites three best friends on a quest to find the greatest movies of all time.
In this weeks special episode, our heroes continue their investigation of movies from the 80's, taking a deep dive into the movie The Lost Boys.
The Plot: Lucy along with her two sons, Michael and Sam moves to a small town in California. Soon, the two boys are sucked into the mysterious and dangerous world of bikers, vampires and vampire hunters.
Big hair, an awesome soundtrack, Rob Lowe posters and the mighty Kiefer Sutherland - this weeks episode is a closer look at one of the best vampire movies ever made!
Join Aaron, Sam and James as they discuss this beloved movie in the only way they know how - they absolutely take the piss out of it before praising how good it is. But what makes this film so good?
Is it Corey Fieldman's weird macho-man, boy voice?
Could it be Alex 'not Ted' Winters crop top?
The amount of times they say 'Michael'?
The oiled up muscled saxophone player on the beach?
Is it, how Jason Patric looks like every scene is a perfume ad?
or could it just be the fact that its utter 80's, and that makes it brilliant?
