Hello and Welcome to Sorry! You're In My Seat, a weekly podcast which unites three best friends on a quest to find the greatest movies of all time. This week is a super special episode in which our heroes take on one of the greatest action movies of all time.... DIE HARD.
This week is the complete DIE HARD walk through, from the movies start to the movies finish.
John McTiernan's 1988, genre-blending action thriller Die Hard, has become a fan favourite, cult classic and the absolute definition of an 80s action movie. Bruce Willis brings us John McClane, a NYC cop on Christmas vacation to L.A who is in the wrong place at the wrong time.
When terrorist take over a skyscraper taking John's wife Holly as a hostage, John must survive the odds and bring down terrorist leader Hans Gruber on his own. Outnumbered, out gunned, and without any shoes, its John vs 12 terrorists, in one explosive action adventure. Yippee-ki-yay.
Join Aaron, Sam and James as they walk through the entire movie from Johns plane landing in L.A to Vince Monroes Let It Snow during the end credits. With the help of a few online scripts, our heroes even recreate a few scenes along the way! All this as well as Die Hard facts, fun and trivia along the way.

#70 Top Three Gerard Butler Movies?
Monday Dec 16, 2019
Monday Dec 16, 2019
** A PODCAST FOR FILM LOVERS **
Hello and welcome to Sorry! You're In My Seat - a weekly podcast which unites three best friends on a quest to find the greatest movies of all time. This week our heroes ask the question literally no one is asking... 'What are Gerard Butlers top three films?', or which three suck the least? depending on which way you look at things.
OK, I'll be honest, I love the Scottish film hunk and would love to go out for a beer with the man. His voice, charm and killer smile make me weak at the knees and bubbly in my waters, but he has starred in some film turkeys including Gamer, Gods of Egypt, Geo Storm, Tomb Raider, Hunter Killer, The Bounty Hunter, Dracula 2000, and Movie 43. Is it possible to make a top three list?
Well if you push through there are some gems out there, including Den Of Thieves, Olympus Has Fallen (because its basically Die Hard) and P.S. I Love You. Because what Gerry does brilliantly is make movies that are pure escapism, enabling you to just switch off and unwind.
This week's top three episode see's Sam and Aaron comparing their top picks whilst man-crushing over all things Butler. For example, did you know Gerard Butler was in a band called 'Speed'? no? well you do now.
Feel free to download and let us know which three films you would pick.
If you share the show with all your friends i'll love you forever I.D.E.T.

#64 The Terminator Franchise
Monday Nov 04, 2019
Monday Nov 04, 2019
** A PODCAST FOR FILM LOVERS **
Hello and thank you for downloading Sorry! You're In My Seat - A weekly film show which unites three best friends on a quest to find the greatest movies of all time. In this weeks show our heroes take on one of cinemas greatest franchises, THE TERMINATOR; that's right, all six movies!.
Since exploding onto the big screen in 1984, The Terminator has gone on to be one of the most successful movie franchises of all time, and arguably the defining role in Arnold Schwarzenegger's career.
In 2029, man is at war with machines controlled by an AI weapons system known as Skynet. On its knees Skynet sends a cyborg back in time to 1984 to assassinate Sarah Conner, the mother of the then unborn human resistance leader, John Conner. At the same time, the resistance send back a human solider to protect Sarah and the future of the human race. Honestly... this films the mutts nutts. Stop what you are doing a watch The Terminator.... we'll wait.
James Cameron's Horror/Sci-Fi masterpiece went on to spawn one of the greatest action sequels of all time - T2; Judgement Day. Full of iconic action sequences, T2 is one of the rare occasions when a sequel gives the original movie a run for its money.
Here's where the yellow brick road dies. Following these awesome movies came a string of poor sequels including the ridiculous Terminator 3: Rise of The Machines, the tired looking Terminator Salvation, and the utterly embarrassing Terminator Genisys, a film so bad its name insults me.
Now, in 2019 and over 2 decades since Judgement Day, James Cameron is back with Terminator Dark Fate, the official sequel to T2. Find out what our heroes made of the film along with the whole franchise in this weeks episode!
Full of Terminator trivia this episode is a proper geek out following on this seasons theme of 80's movies.
